Supporting Documentation & Questionnaire

To apply for a merchant account, it's the same as applying for a home loan. There are a number of business and transaction related questions, and some documentation that goes to underwriting to approve you for your account and approved charge amount. Below, there are two sections to help you with the process.

Section 1 gives you a list of all the required documents, while section 2, is the questionnaire and checklist.
